It was my honor and privilege to have been present for this. With as much as I’ve complained about NYU graduate school, commencement was amazing. President Sexton’s speech and presentation, as well as David Boise’s speech about equality and the struggle we still have to fight for equal rights to ALL our citizens brought tears to my eyes. I’m proud to say I’m an NYU 2013 graduate for this alone.
